Ryan Kay is the founder of Arena Wealth Management and brings over a decade of experience in independent wealth management and national brokerage leadership. A graduate of Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business, Ryan holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designations, along with a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. His expertise spans retirement planning, investment strategy, and guiding business owners in managing excess cash flow. He currently serves as Chairman of the Purdue Alumni Association Board and is a recipient of the university’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award and Alumni Service Award. Recognized in Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s Forty Under 40, Ryan has also contributed as an adjunct lecturer at Purdue Fort Wayne and served as Treasurer for the Power House Youth Center. He lives in Fort Wayne with his wife and daughters and enjoys coaching youth basketball and staying involved in his local community.
